At the Market

It’s midsummer, and the peak time to visit the market. These are the seasonal foods in central Ohio now, available from local farmers and gardeners: green and wax beans, zucchini and yellow summer squash, eggplant, beets, carrots, cucumbers, kale, Swiss chard, onions, sweet and hot peppers, potatoes, sweet corn, melons, peaches, cherries, tomatoes, garlic, and fresh herbs. You’ll also find meats and cheeses, baked goods, natural snacks and juices, jams and jellies, pickles, barbecue sauce, honey, granola, and more. See you at the market!

Description

Coshocton Farmers' Market
is a non-profit association of market farmers, craftspeople, and bakers. Eighty percent of the goods sold at our market are grown or produced by the vendors. Most of our vendors live in Coshocton County, Ohio, with a few representing adjoining counties.

The market is open Saturday mornings, 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon, from the first Saturday in May through the last Saturday in October. We are located at the Coshocton Fairgrounds, 7th Street, Coshocton.

Come and enjoy a leisurely morning of shopping at the market! Your family will thank you when they get a taste of fresh, local produce and homemade baked goods.

SEE YOU ON SATURDAY AT THE MARKET!
